Entering Activities For a Date in the Past

A special user right enables Sales Personnel to enter activities for dates in the past: b - enter activities for past dates can be assigned to the respective user group(s).

 

Activities entered for a past date are then statistically saved on the date they actually took place. Consequently, the Sales Person’s analyses such as logbooks, etc will show the activities on the correct date thus providing an accurately sequenced overview.  

 

In addition to the user right, registry key [8486] must be configured with a limit of how long after the actual date an activity can be entered (e.g. enter 7 to force Sales staff to enter their activities within one week).
