Use the button post packages in advance until (departure on:) to charge the fix services in one single step. The posting is handled internally the same way that the charges would be applied during the program post fix services during the night run. I.e. the revenue is allocated to the respective day for each individual night (the day the service is being rendered).
This function does take into consideration all fix services of the room, including season- and weekend-rates. In case of group reservations, SIHOT will ask if the function should be carried out only for the account in the display or for the entire group.
If you do not wish to post up until the day of departure, override the default by entering another date. The fix services will be posted up until this date.
Having carried out the function, you are still able to add further fix services to the reservation, which will be posted automatically (e.g. if an additional person is checked into the room).
If the fix services were entered incorrectly, cancel these postings and enter the correct fix services. Carry out the function post packages in advance again, to post the correct services.
