The GM’s report is called up via the menu Reports – Revenue/Statistics. It can be called up with net or gross figures and shows the daily, monthly and yearly figures of the current as well as the previous financial year. If you have also entered budgets, the report shows a comparison of the actual and budgeted figures.
In an MPE-environment, the report can be called up for different regions and/or brands.
The GM’s report is divided into three sections: the first section shows statistical values, the second average rates and the third a trial balance.
The following paragraphs provide detailed information regarding the trial balance and explain selected terms of the first sections.
In order to calculate the figures for the GM’s report, the following programmes must be run on a daily basis (night audit).
