This function removes the guest contact data from the guest profile, showing stars only. Contrary to the database clearance, only selected contact details are erased, whilst all other records (number of stays, revenue, etc) are not affected.
The programme checks the dates of the guests’ last stay and if there are any reservations within a certain period in the future.

Individual profiles, regardless of their dates of stay, can be anonymised by using the function save contact data in the guest profile. See “Master Files - Guest Profile” - Saving Contact Data.
