The settings for the anonymisation of guest data are defined under registry heading [14850].
Define the data to be anonymised (eg. telephone number, adress, etc) and also define thetime intervall since the last stay and a period in the future during which the guest may have existing reservations. In addition, you can specify whether or not guests with or without a matchcode should be anonymised.
