.The program night audit runs the schedules that contain a number of so called batches. Batches consist of programs for operational, stastical and accounting purposes as well as reports and statistics that may be required by management or individual departments. These can be printed or forwarded by mail automatically to the staff members concernted.
Ø To run a night audit, enter the date for the date to be closed, select the schedule and click Start in the function pane.
SIHOT runs all batches in the selected schedule in their given sequence.
NOTE:
The there is no possibility to stop
the running of the schedule.
Ø Highlight any batch that you do not wish
to run at the time and double click in the column Execute. Change the entry to No.
When selecting multiple batches, click Multiple edit .
The listbox contains a column Status. The icons 
, 
and 
in this column show which batches were
completed successfully, which batches produced a warning or an error and where
the night audit was interrupted.
Once the night audit schedule was completed, reprint statistics or reports by using the layout Repeat print (menu Back Office).
