Ø Click Search in the function pane to call up the data.
Ø To search for a specific guest or
reservation, enter the details in the name fields and click Search .
Use the buttons in the function pane to carry out the following functions:

Registration card |
Prints a registration card for the guest. |

Room move |
Use this function to plan a room move at some stage of the guest’s stay. For further information on room moves refer to Housekeeping – Room moves. |
