Rooms-to-Clean Report

This report shows detailled information for the housekeeping department. It also lists the guest supplies to be changed according to the instructions entered in the hotel master file. A summary is included at the end of the report.

 

The option check-out lists all rooms with the status that is being automatically assigned after the occupant’s check-out (as per hotel master file). This is especially useful if there is a special status for check outs (e.g. 07 - check-out) rather than the more general status 04 – dirty.

 

The list always shows the current status.
