Cleaned

Shows all rooms with the status that is being automatically assigned to clean rooms (as per hotel master file).

Dirty

Shows all rooms with the status that is being automatically assigned to dirty rooms (as per hotel master file).

Dirty on arrival

Shows all rooms with the status that is being automatically assigned to rooms that have been checked in on the day (as per hotel master file).

Check-in

Shows all rooms with the status that has been assigned to rooms which are ready to be checked-in (as per hotel master file).

Check-out

Shows all rooms with the status that has been assigned to rooms which were checked-out on the day (as per hotel master file).

All status

Lists every room regardless of the status.

One list per floor

Issues separate lists per floor.

Available rooms

Shows all rooms that are not occupied.

Do not show guest names

Issues a list that does not show guest names for security reasons.

Hide beds

Omits extrabeds on the list.

Hide virtual categories

Omits virtual categories on the list.

Further selection criteria

Room from - to

Enter a room number, a room-area (e.g. 110:120) or several room numbers  (e.g. 110, 111).
