For “heterogeneous” groups, where rooms have been offered but no confirmation has been received as yet. The group block offer facilitates the handling and processing of group reservations especially with regards to the status of the group (definitive, tentative) and forecast calculations based on the status.
•Rooming list:
You may reserve definite rooms from this block already, however, as the group only has a tentative status, this is not advised.
•Effect on availability:
The group block offer is a tentative booking.
•Advantage:
The group block offer can be easily changed into a definite group block booking.
