When the offer has been officially accepted as per hotel policy, the offer is changed into a definitive booking by highlighting the contract, calling up the context menu and selecting the function convert to group block.

The rooms are now counted as „definitive“ and the booking can be processed as usual. Bookings from this block will be made with reservation type 5 - group block.
As long as there are no reservations made from the group block, you can convert it back into an offer via context menu.
