The reports-menu does not only provide reports and statistics, but also the programs that are run during the night audit, end-of-month and end-of year.
In order to obtain accurate statistics, the following programs must be included in the night audit or started manually:
•guest account list
•save revenues
•save occupancy
•change hotel date
•update statistics
•create history data
•trial balance
