Report Handling

When calling-up a report, several shortcuts in the toolbar become active. These provide quick access to the following functions:

•    preview – displays the report on your screen

•    printer – prints the report on you standard printer

•    mail – you can forward the report via e-mail and attach a message if required

•    file – you can save report onto your pc or a directory within your network

It is also possible to include LUA-scripts in rtf-templates. During the mix-process, these scripts will be interpreted accordingly. The variables may be stored and also appear on the report.
