SIHOT creates reminders for
•individual open invoices of a debtor
•all invoices due for nn days of a single debtor
•all invoices due for nn days of all debtors (automatic)
SIHOT will raise the reminder level automatically, if you are sending a reminder for a specific city ledger. When processing automatic reminders, SIHOT will search for the city ledgers to be reminded and applies the next higher reminder level. Individual reminder settings as per profile are also taken into account.
