As per the definitions in the registry, SIHOT identifies any duplicate guest profiles. The target profile is determined according to the merge rule and records of the duplicates are transferred to the target profiles, just like they would be in a manual search & merge process (see chapter “CRM” - Search & Merge).
You can define two merge-runs with different parameters (registry keys [7463] and [7464]). E.g. in the first step, you can merge all guests with the same matchcode, in the second run, you merge guests with the same address data.
A protocol is produced everytime the programme is run. The protocol is available in XML-format and can be forwarded automatically by e-mail (registry key [7473]).
