The dialog posted services shows a list of all services posted during a specific period. This is useful for checking and to answer queries, especially since a number of selection criteria enable the user to quickly gain an overview over specific information.
You may search for any data not yet erased by a database clearance. I.e. usually the data of the current and previous month will be available. The period to be searched (hotel day from – to) should be as short as possible to avoid a lengthy search process.
If you wish to check for faulty figures in the revenue statistic, search for revenue accounts and component list, because both, the list box and the report, show also the revenue account or the package relating to the service.
SIHOT searches the entire database for information matching the selection criteria and lists all postings accordingly. Fields which have been left blank are not considered in the search.
In MPE-installations, the dialog also includes the column hotel number, thus providing a better overview.
