This dialog offers detailed information on the technical and cleaning status, on extensions and authorisations of use for services such as Pay TV, outside lines etc.
By changing the field outside line facility, you can block or give access to outside lines manually.
By changing the fields room status and maintenance, you can change the room’s status manually.
The tab charges shows extension units as well as charges for telephone, pay TV and minibar, if these are managed by the PMS.
The field messages indicates which kind of messages are send to a certain room:
•0 = inactive, no message is sent
•1 = activate, all the messages are sent
•2 = only urgent messages will be sent, even when the calls are restricted (see below the description of the option "Messages")

You can store the entries in the fields and use them as
defaults. This is done by pressing the save-symbol 
in the toolbar.
