Status information:

Room

Room number

Room type, i.e. guest room, etc

Language

Guest’s language as per guest profile. When modifying the language of a guest, the changes are automatically communicated to the telephone switchboard; This is important when the switchboard handles automatic wake-up calls in different languages.

Outside line facility

When carrying out the Check-in of a room, the state of the line changes at 01 "All the permits". That is to say, the guest will be able to carry out internal and external calls.

When carrying out the Check-Out, it changes the status at 02 - "partial Permission". A user of the telephone will only be able to carry out internal calls. It is possible to select other accesses rights to the phone line.

Message

Indicates which kind of messages are send to a certain room:

0 = inactive, no message is sent

1 = activate, all the messages are sent

2 = only urgent messages will be sent, even when the calls are restricted  (see below the description of the option "Messages")

Pay-TV

Enter the appropriate authorisations for pay-TV; e.g. block access when children are occupying the room.

New wake-up call

Enter a new wake-up time. If the guest is leaving earlier than expected, any pending alarms will be cancelled.

Standing order

If yes, the same wake-up call will be carried out every day.
