Booking Periods

The function booking periods is used to allow reservations for a certain period only after a set date. I.e. prior to the “opening date”, no reservations are possible for the defined period. Registry key [901956] must be activated in order to work this function.

You can define different booking periods for the same time period with different opening dates and guest rate types. This way, you can, for example, allow VIP card holders to reserve rooms from an earlier date than non-card holders.

i N.B.: Once this function has been activated, reservations can only be made within open  periods. I.e. if there is no booking period defined, reservations are also not possible. Therefore, you must also define (open) booking periods for dates on which bookings can be made without restriction.
