Description

Enter name of the period to be restricted.

Arrival/ Departure within period

Enter the dates for arrivals and departures that are to be restricted.

To be booked as of (date)

Enter the date as of which reservations for this period can be made (“opening date”).

To be booked as of (time)

Enter the time as of which reservations for this period can be made (“opening time”).

VIP

Guest rate types

Enter the guest rate type(s), e.g. Loyalty card holders, to which this booking period applies.

Bookings accepted

When the booking period opens at the specified time and date entered above, this flag automatically changes to yes. If required, you can manually change this flag, e.g. if a VIP-booking has to be made for this period and you want to temporarily suspend the restriction on bookings.
