This program checks the option date on reservations with the reservation type O – optional. If the option date has been reached or exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled. Use registry keys [8896] and [8897] to define the reason for cancellation and the comment that should apply to these cancellations.
Based on the check carried out when running this program, the automatic activities for options can be carried out, as defined in the master file menu.
