Ø Click Search in the function pane to call up the data.
Ø To search for a specific guest or
reservation, enter the details in the name fields and click Search .
Use the buttons in the function pane to carry out the following functions:

Reverses the check-in. |

Room move |
Use this function to carry out a room move or plan a room move at some stage of the guest’s stay. For further information on room moves refer to Housekeeping – Room moves. |

Guest account |
Opens the guest account. |

Opens the client account. |
The middle pane with details of the highlighted guest contains the expander Account, listing the current balances of the guest and client accounts. Next to the balances, there are buttons to carry out the following functions:
