Multiple edit

Use this function to change the data in a column in several rooming list entries at the same time.

Load template

There may be different variations of the standard listbox format for different purposes (see function Listbox configuration). Use this button to call up a different version of the rooming list.

Add room

Use this function to create additional rooms. The total number of rooms in the reservation will be increased.

Delete room

Use this function to delete the highlighted room. The total number of rooms in the reservation will be reduced accordingly.

NOTE: This function is not the same as a cancellation or no-show.

Add guest

Use this function to add a guest to the room.

Delete guest

Split into two names

This function appears if you’ve created the rooming list entries by room rather than per person (see Rooming list entries per person and per room). Use this function to create individual entries for each guest.

Definition group/family

Use this function to call up a dialog to define groups and families. This is important when interfaced to a number of registration programs and/or for the police report in a number of countries.

One rooming list entry for each guest

This function appears if you’ve created the rooming list entries by room rather than per person (see Rooming list entries per person and per room). This function deletes the existing rooming list and creates a new rooming list with individual entries for each guest.

Extended rooming list

Use this function call up a listbox with additional columns. In this listbox, you can enter a comment relating to this guest, individual voucher numbers, loyalty cards, etc.
