The function room plan shows where a room is located within the building and which rooms are booked on a certain date.
•Green:
The room is available.
•Hatched:
The room is reserved.
Ø The function room plan is called up in the event rack or in the event reservation.
Ø In the event rack, click on a room’s code on left hand side of the window. Then click on Function room plan in the function pane.
Ø In an event reservation, open the tab Event and highlight a room in the event tree. Then click on Function room plan in the function pane.
