Deposit control

This report shows all reservations with a deposit due during the requested period. When working with SIHOT.C&B, the fields Deposit and Already paid in an event reservation can also be taken into consideration.

When running this report, SIHOT checks if the deposits have been paid. Based on this check, the automatic activities for unpaid deposits can be carried out, as defined in the master file menu.

Deposit Control
Options
Evaluate Events	Used only in connection with SIHOT.C&B: when ticked, SIHOT also includes deposits of event reservations.
Create automatic activity for unpaid deposits	Triggers any automatic activities in connection with deposits that have not been received yet.
Exclude cancellations	When ticked, the deposits of cancelled reservation are not taken into consideration.
Only deposits due in selected period	If this toggle key is not enabled, SIHOT will also list the deposits that are already due prior to the selected from-date.
Selection
Not balanced	The list only shows reservations with deposits that have not been paid yet, including reservations where part of the deposit has been paid but not the full amount.
Balanced	The list only shows reservations with deposits that have been paid in full.
All	The list shows all reservations with deposit agreements.
