When entering a new profile, SIHOT automatically checks for duplicates. I.e. an internal process checks if the following parameters can be found in an existing guest profile:
•Last name + street + city
•Last name + document type + document number
•Last name + Email
To prevent the creation of duplicates, guest profiles with matching field entries are displayed in a dialog box after clicking New.

The same check is carried out when entering a guest on the rooming list (via expander Edit data).
The check for duplicates will not be carried out if registry key [903068] is enabled.
