Wash Factor

The wash factor determines how many rooms within the allotment or group will probably not be taken up. It is a value based on experience and the assumption that not all rooms will eventually be picked-up. Wash-factor rooms count as tentative. For example: an allotment of 11 rooms has a 2-room wash-factor, therefore only 9 rooms count as definite.
