Virtual Corporate Rates

It is possible to create rates, which are visible only for selected companies, wholesalers or travel agents. They are called “virtual” in contrast to “real” company rates, because there is only one package.

There are two ways to ensure the package is visible to selected guest profiles only:

•      Double click or press the Ins-key on an empty line, enter the beginning of the name and select the company in the pop-up of the guest search.

•      Click on the button assign company to search, multi edit and drag & drop the guest profiles on the tab in the package master file.

To alert the user that a virtual corporate rate exists for the package in the display, the tab shows an exclamation mark-symbol .
