If you have opened a Microsoft Word document, transfer highlighted addresses from SIHOT to Word per drag & drop. The following information will be transferred:
•Title
•Last name, First name (individual guest) or
•Name 1, Name 2 (companies/agencies)
•Street
•Postcode, City
Carry out the drag & drop action while pressing Shift and the e-mail address from the guest profile will be transferred as well. Carry out the drag & drop action while pressing Ctrl and the fax number from the guest profile will be transferred as well.
