For the optimisation of a transport fleet, there is now an interfact to the software CATRIN, which coordinates transport requirements. The interface requires the following additional fields in the dialog Additional data as well as on the rooming list:
•Latest arrival at or earliest departure from hotel
•Name of passenger (also for company names)
•Complete address details
•Specificiation of passengers:
•Number of adults
•Number of children
•Additional requirements:
•Number of child seats
•Number of lugguage pieces
•Attributes (usually with regards to wheelchair transports)
•Comments
The fields are transferred to the interface with the batch Export transfer data.
