In the trails, you can collect all information related to the event and reduce printed matter.
Any confirmations, contracts and other documents created in the reservation reservation and spooled in the trails can also be accessed in the trails in the respective guest or client profile. Confirmations are always entered in subbranches created by SIHOT automatically by year.
In- and outgoing emails are also stored in the trails, subject to Outlook-integration or use of SMTP-server.
You can drag and drop files from your computer or network in the branch External Attachments, for example lists of particpants or seating plans provided by the organiser, signed and scanned contracts as well as agreements with outside service providers such as a florist or DJ. To store files here, suitable subbranches must be setup.
