This report assists in identifying the best and/or most poorly performing clients (best values/worst values). This is particularly valuable for rate-negotiations with your clients and for special promotions (e.g. during the Christmas period).
è EXAMPLE: When selecting revenue for analysis, you can indicate how much revenue the guest, company or agency is meant to have generated under the evaluation in area-section. Selecting room nights, indicate the number of rooms to be analysed in the evaluation in area-section.
SIHOT displays a list of profiles corresponding to your selection. If you have not selected any additional data to be printed, one line per guest will be printed; if one or more additional items are marked, the program displays three fields per line together with the respective heading under the name of the guest.
At hotels with a MPE-solution, the statistics can be called up for one hotel or for all properties.
