Apart from the commonly used salutations, such as Mr and Mrs,
additional salutations may be defined as male or female, e.g Miss or Ms. In
order to do so, call up the salutation using the scrolling-icons in the tool bar. Tick the radio button
for natural persons and select the gender from the combobox below.
Including the gender of guests is a requirement for the police report in a number of countries.
