Suites are often a combination of several, individual rooms, which are connected to make-up the suite. The individual rooms themselves may be sold as a “normal” room on occasion. If a room, which is part of a suite, is sold individually, the suite as such is no longer available and shows as blocked on the room rack.
Before configuring a suite, define a category in the dialog Category management as Room type 2 = Suite. Only this category will allow a configuration for a suite.
The suite master file is similar to the room master file. However, instead of bed management, the suite master file provides a list box to enter the separate rooms which make up the suite. Enter the respective room number by double clicking on a line in the list box or pressing the key Ins. (You can only enter rooms which have been configured previously in the room master file.)
