In order to process the sales data, the program store statistics must be completed during the night run. The program may be started at any time of the day, if required, however, the checkbox sales statistics must be ticked explicitly.
i TIP: Running the program store statistics stores all activities on the day of entry. Therefore, it is recommended that the Sales staff enter their activities on a daily basis. Entering activities for a date in the past may result in confusing data being displayed in the logbook or the sales comparison target/actual. However, if the logbook and the sales comparison are usually called up for an extended period (week, month, year), the actual date of entry may not be as important.
