Status Information BCA extensions

This dialog provides information regarding on individual extensions in connection with the PABX. It also provides quick access to change the settings on the extension or to enter wake-up calls. Enter the extension’s number and press one of the arrows  in the toolbar.

 

The language setting is important when using an automated wake-up call facility handling different languages.

 

Outside line facilities are set automatically on check-in and check-out. If requried, you can apply a different authorisation manually in this dialg.

 

There are three options on forwarding messages:

    active: messages are forwarded to the room

    urgent: only urgent messages will be forwarded, even if there is a DND on the room

    not active: messages will not be forwarded

 

You can enter a wake-up call with or without a standing order.

 

The DND flag ensures that no calls are being put through.

 

The dialog also shows any existing wake-up call requests.

 

Press modify to confirm any changes you have made.
