Enter the rate data in an empty mask or overwrite an existing package. Open the tab component list and enter the service(s) with details (posting frequency, etc.) in the list box.
Then open the tab standard rate. Enter the rates per category in the list box. Save the new rate by pressing the button new or modify to save the rates.
i WARNING: When changing rates under the tab standard rates, all existing reservations with this package will be changed accordingly. Therefore, unless the hotels pricing policy is very straightforward and basic, it is recommended to leave the tab standard rate blank and to work with seasonal rates instead. Any rate changes will then affect the respective periods of stay only.
