The handling of adult rates with rates according to the number of adults in the room can be bypassed, if necessary. Instead, a flat rate for each additional adult in the room is entered, whilst the columns 2 Adults, 3 Adults, etc are “disabled”.
è EXAMPLE: the package rate for one adult is € 100.00 each additional person is charged at € 50.00.
In this case, only the columns 1 adult and additional adults are completed. The columns 2-7 adults are still calculated internally and therefore, feature the context menu activate automatic calculation. When the automatic calculation is activated, this column is omitted in the rate calculation and the column additional adult will be calculated instead.
Wherever this function is activated, the context menu will change to deactivate automatic calculation to return to the normal handling. This function is not available in the column 1 adult and in any of the children’s categories.
