You can change the size of the dialogs by clicking on the arrows ó that appear at the frame of the dialog. However, you will not be able to shrink the size below the minimum defined by SIHOT. This behaviour is discontinued by setting registry key Do not store size of the dialogs [1412].
The size of a dialog is stored for each user individually.
