Establish seasons for criteria that do not apply year-round by defining seasons in the combobox sC. Afterwards, set-up the date periods for the seasons in the dialog season texts for criteria (menu master files - hotel data).

In the hotel master file, add entries to the trails structure
via context menu. To each of these features, attach a criterion. Double click on
the symbol of the criterion to determine wether the feature applies to the
property 
or not 
.
If the criterion does not permanently apply, you can enter specific periods during which it does apply. Call up the context menu and select the command season codes.

You can also add comments to the criterion via context menu. The symbol then changes accordingly.
