There are two additional search options with regards to packages, which are depending on user rights:
•S – Search: the user must enter the exact code (i.e. the abbreviation) of the package in the field service. SIHOT will then display the options for this package only.
•F – Filter: SIHOT displays an additional tab, in which the user can select the packages and/or categories and their grouping. For this purpose, there are two fields each - for the package and for the service - in which you enter either the description or the code (whichever is more convenient).
