This programme divides the day’s revenue into the revenue areas, as per definition in the revenue accounts. The revenue is stored for:
•the entire property
•the client of the reservation
•the travel agent
•the marketsegment of the reservation
•the reservation source
•the reservation medium
•the channel
If the option protocol is not ticked, SIHOT will only provides an error protocol showing any bookings that have not been entered in the revenue.
The analyses of the revenue reports are shown in reports such as the revenue report and company statistics in Sales & Marketing, as well as the revenue statistics described earlier in this chapter.
