The information can be analysed with print occupancy definitive/tentative. This report shows a comparison to the booking situation two weeks ago, revealing the increase/decrease of reservations during this period. The report also shows the month’s occupancy during the previous year.
The program save occupancy definitive/tentative itself does not produce a report.
Definitive occupancy includes all “true” reservation types/states:
•guaranteed
•non-guaranteed
•walk-in
•allotment
•group block
Tentative occupancy includes:
•pre-blocked rooms
•optional reservations
•waitlisted reservations
•non-reserved rooms of an allotment
•non-reserved rooms of a group block
