The sales module incorporates a number of special functions for sales personnel, in order to provide active support and help for a modern Sales Department.
The main objectives are:
•standardised recording of all client contacts
•efficient diary-keeping, incl. follow-up
•sales forecast showing weighted revenue
•recording and managing contracts
•improved interdepartmental communication, especially with Front Office
•facilitating reporting for sales staff and controlling by sales managers
•grouping of actions into projects (optional)
•setting and tracking of budgets (targets) by
