Sales Functions for Sales Personnel

The sales module incorporates a number of special functions for sales personnel, in order to provide active support and help for a modern Sales Department.

 

The main objectives are:

    standardised recording of all client contacts

    efficient diary-keeping, incl. follow-up

    sales forecast showing weighted revenue

    recording and managing contracts

    improved interdepartmental communication, espe­cial­ly with Front Office

    facilitating reporting for sales staff and controlling by sales managers

    grouping of actions into projects (optional)

    setting and tracking of budgets (targets) by

project
