The sales module incorporates a number of special functions for sales personnel, in order to provide active support and help for a modern Sales Department.
The main objectives are:
• standardised recording of all client contacts
• efficient diary-keeping, incl. follow-up
• sales forecast showing weighted revenue
• recording and managing contracts
• improved interdepartmental communication, especially with Front Office
• facilitating reporting for sales staff and controlling by sales managers
• grouping of actions into projects (optional)
• setting and tracking of budgets (targets) by
