Sales Activities Report

The sales activities report can be called up via the menu Sales & Marketing - Report or Reports - Sales & Marketing Reports. It shows the following information on selected sales personnel:

 

    sales activities

This area includes the sales opportunities and contracts.

    evaluate sales leads

This is a listing of profiles that were assigned to the respective sales person.

    evaluate contracts

This area shows which sales contracts were returned (i.e. sign

ed by the client).

    evaluate top existing clients

This area shows the best performing clients of the sales person.

Profiles that were entered less than 12 months prior to the current hotel date are classified as „new” clients. Profiles there were entered more than 12 months ago are classified as “existing” clients.

 

The revenue to-date refers to any net revenues as per guest history within the report’s date range.

 

Offers are sales-contracts that have not been returned yet (i.e. status contract in process). Once the client returns a signed offer and the flag contract returned in the contract data has been ticked, the offer becomes a contract. However, the report will still count the (former) offer in the offer-column as well as the contract in the contract-column.

 

Sales opportunities are activities with an expected revenue (listed in the outlook-column) of > 0.

i NB: The columns opportunity and contract shows the profile’s sales contracts within the report’s date range only. The column opportunity shows only the opportunities entered within the report’s date range, regardless of the project’s validity period.
