The fields under tab reservation information are adjusted according to group tabs. Therefore, the following fields can no longer be edited under the tab reservation information:
•arrival, departure, nights
•fields regarding the numbers of guests
These fields show the scope of the reservation, i.e. the maximum numbers taking all group elements into consideration.
è EXAMPLE: Group Element #1 – Arrival 18.10., Departure 22.10
Group Element #2 – Arrival 19.10., Departure 23.10.
Reservation Info – Arrival 18.10., Departure 23.10.
Thus, the rate forecast shows the charges for the entire group.
Other (non-editable) fields are only filled if they are the same in each one of the group elements. These include for example:
•category, rate category
•rate segment
•notes
Details, which can be entered or edited under this tab, apply to all group elements. E.g. reservation type, external key.
The following fields can only be edited if group element #1 is open (due to technical reasons):
•GDS-number
•Deposit, due by
However, they apply to the entire group.

To enter the rooming list for a group element, ensure that the respective element is open and then open the tab rooming list.
i TIP: Check the header of the dialog – the sub-reservation number shown here is also group element number which is currently open.
