Highlight the respective reservation in the list box and select release no-show from the context menu. SIHOT changes the reservation type for those guests who did not arrive to N No-Show.
Subsequently, call up the programs no-show report or release no-shows from the menu Reports – Checking Reports to process the no-shows further, according to company policy. The report is often included in the day-end schedule and forwarded to the department concerned.
