Refunds - Special Handling

In case the owner has been paid-out already, but the property must make adjustements (e.g. a client paid a wrong rate), a refund must be made accordingly.

 

As an example, we assume that an owner has been paid-out. Some days later, the property realizes that the client paid 100 AUD too much on accommodation. The property has to do a refund, which affects the owner account and the management account alike.
