certificates, a listing of gift certificates can be viewed by clicking
the symbol preview in the
tool bar, or printed by clicking the symbol print .
The listing contains exactly those records displayed in the list box, e.g. only redeemed or valid gift certificates. The listing also shows the same sort order as the display, such as ascending according to gift certificate numbers, alphabetically according to holders’ names, etc.
