Posting of Services

This dialog enables you to quickly post services to a number of rooms, e.g. minibar postings or laundry services.

In contrast to the dialog accounts, this dialog evolves around the service to be posted.

SIHOT shows the total of the posted services at the bottom of the dialog. The buttons service search and search accounts provide access to the search dialogs.

Select the service to be posted. Add a description, which may or may not appear on the invoice. After entering the room number, SIHOT automatically displays the name and dates of stay of the respective guest. Enter the quantity sold and a discount group if applicable. The rate as per service master file can be overwritten. Press the button posting to post the charges to the respective account.

You can post the same charge to several rooms at the same time by entering a range of numbers (e.g. 110:120), individual rooms separated by commas (e.g. 110,112) or a combination of the two.

Once you have completed the posting of a service, call up the context menu clear mask you can revert to the original state of the dialog and proceed with the next service.
